Tatsu was awesome! Very professional and took the time on his off day to even help me. I also received frequent updates from the company about my car. Customer service, professionalism are A1. Will continue to take my car here for all my automotive needs

We honor our warranty even though in terms of mileage you were way out, due to the fact I remembered the Check Engine Light (CEL) being on not too long after we did some major work 2020. To those that might be looking at my response our normal warranty is 3 year 36K. Jay actually forgot that our warranty was as such and though we were the typical 1 year/12K that you might find elsewhere. Thank you Jay for checking in, for the kind words, and entrusting us with your Lexus CT200h.

I’ve been coming here for years. They are my “go to”mechanic, Everybody needs one of those in their lives, right? They are not the cheapest but they are honest, do a good job and stand behind their work. I also find that they always do a little extra too without letting you know which is unheard of these days. When I came in for just an oil change yesterday they noticed the battery was defective. I wasn’t having problems and hadn’t noticed any issues. They went ahead and got me a new battery since it was under warranty. What was even cooler was that they didn’t tell me. I found out later by looking at the invoice that it had been done.They didn’t need to do it but they did. My only issue is after COVID started they are busier than before. I can’t just drop in anymore. Appointments are necessary. Looks like the secret is out.

My car needed some quick repairs to get me back on the road. The front desk tech was nice and greeted us with a smile and friendly service, upon our arrival. After our initial conversation of what I thought was needed, they got to work on my car that same day. While I thought the car was in pretty good shape with only one minor issue, the Tokyo Automotive team took a detailed look under the hood; and let me know there was just a little more wear and tear under there. Provided me with pics and detailed costs. While there was more work to be done, I did not feel pressured at any moment, to fix every little thing they found. They took care of the essentials and got me back on the road as I requested. I did take the rest of the details and feel I will be back to get the rest fixed very soon, once my finances are back in sync (right before the holidays and I have other year end expenses to deal with). But, the only thing I want to make very clear to all. These guys are Pros, they provide service with a smile and are all around great people! While they may be on the pricier side of the margin, the quality of care their patients receive (the cars) and their treatment of their clients (the car owners); more than make up for slightly higher prices. Hi. I'm the daughter of Tatsu. They have a great shop and excellent service. For you humans that are saying we are overpriced, we're "overpriced" for a reason. All the parts and pieces are of the best quality. The team of mechanics and humans are the best people compared to like oreily or like costco. :) ok Have a nice day.
