First of all scheduling an appointment was easy peasy. I did it online and received a confirmation email later that day. I showed up and was greeted by (I’m so sorry if I get this wrong I’m terrible with names) Kevin! He was very nice and we chatted while I got squared away. As a first time customer there was a piece of paper I had to fill out for contact info. Now my car was majorly neglected (life hit me hard these last few months) and I knew there was going to be a lot that needed to be done. We went with the oil change and inspection. I was given a complimentary ride home which was very nice. As expected there was a lot of stuff that my car was needing. After talking on the phone we decided the best course of action for my immediate budget and they got to work. The inspection/estimate system is all online so you can easily see what they found and approve/deny the various services. They provide helpful explanation of what they do/why they do it which is great for people like me who don’t know anything about cars. It did take a while but I was at home so I didn’t mind (and again we were doing a lot of work). When they finished they sent someone to pick me up and gave me back my car all nice and washed! This was very appreciated as it was again, very neglected lol. I stopped in to sort out the payment and I even got a t-shirt! Overall I felt very welcomed and I never felt rushed or manipulated into getting something. They were super helpful and answered every question I had. 10/10 excellent experience 100% recommend if you have a car they work with!I’m
